BESTARD AGRICULTURAL PLACEMENTS (BAP) was established in 1990 to provide specialized recruiting services to the Canadian agribusiness market.

Our focus is:

To identify excellent calibre candidates seeking career opportunities within the agribusiness industry, and
To refer excellent calibre candidates to our client companies for the professional agribusiness positions they offer

Bestard searches for and locates talent across Canada (including bilingual candidates), the United States and internationally. We work with candidates with all levels of qualifications - from the newly graduated to the fully experienced veteran.

Bestard Agricultural Placements has established relationships with clients of all sizes at all levels of agribusiness - from the global corporation to the local company. We work on positions at all levels of the industry - ranging from entry level sales and customer service through to senior level management roles, in both wholesale and retail. We also work with industry associations and other not-for-profit organizations in agriculture

We service all sectors of the agribusiness economy, including the feed/pet food, animal health, genetics, fertilizer, crop protection, seed, grain, food processing, finance, machinery, buildings, equipment, horticultural and advertising/communication industries.
